Stroll to the winery and experience wine tasting and more appetizers while you hear about the preparations of the winery for harvest. Great wines begin in the vineyard and end in the winery. A marriage between the field, flavor, and long-standing traditions which will be shared by the Winemaker and owners. Walk the vineyard as you taste wine then off to the winery for a behind the scenes look at wine making with more tasting of wines. Crow wines are designed to pair well with a variety of foods, and we pride ourselves on pairing with local cuisine. Learn the art of wine and food pairing with a guided tapas and wine tasting. Winemaker, Michael Zollo, will lead a discussion around the wines selected for the event. Chef Robbie Jester will prepare tapas and will offer a cooking demonstration that promises to be a highlight of the evening.

This seminar is designed to offer to the public an opportunity to gain an understanding of how wine is made at Crow. Guided by the winemaker and owners while in the winery taste through some of the wines waiting to be bottled. The evening ends with a homecooked soup or stew offered in the Haybarn Tasting Room.
