Great wines begin in the vineyard and end in the winery. It is a marriage between field, flavor, and long-standing traditions. Participants will spend time in the vineyard with a guided presentation of the techniques for premium grape growing on the Eastern Shore. Then they will be off to the winery to explore winemaking techniques and how they are used to express terroir. The presentation will end with a guided tasting.

Would you like to take your palate to a professional level? Join our on-site seminar, led by Crow Vineyard’s Winemaker, Michael Zollo, on training your palate to identify and articulate tasting flavors like a pro. This DIY palate training will supply you with the tools and techniques to continue practice everywhere from at home to Northern Italy; including: professional lingo, how to navigate an aroma wheel, and probably a good bit about your own personal preferences.

We will be painting the “Believe” design on a 10×10 piece of wood. The design is a snowman with falling snow and the word “Believe” – perfect for winter or as a holiday gift.
