The second event in our wine seminar series. Chef Robbie Jester and the winemaker walk guests through the principles of tasting for five tapas and wine. A marriage between the field, flavor, and long-standing traditions which will be shared by the Winemaker and owners. Walk the vineyard as you taste wine then off to the winery for a behind the scenes look at wine making with more tasting of wines.
