Great wines begin in the vineyard and end in the winery. Participants will spend time in the vineyard with a guided presentation of techniques for premium grape growing on the Eastern Shore. Then they will be off to the winery to explore winemaking techniques and how they are used to express terroir. The presentation will end with a guided tasting.
