    Tasting notes

    Our Sparkling Vidal Blanc is made using the traditional méthode champenoise. This wine exhibits aromas of nectarine, pear, green apple and baker’s yeast.  It has a silky mouthfeel with flavors of lemon zest and honey notes with hints of pineapple.
