    Tasting notes


    The same properties that give the Barbera grape wonderful character for the rosé also lend themselves to a fine sparkling wine.  Great fruit expression, crisp acidity, thin skins, and a gentle hand in the winery have created another wonderful vintage of sparkling rosé. This wine shows aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry.  This sparkling rosé expresses strawberry and raspberry flavors, with nice minerality and with a long finish and creamy texture.  It is fresh, bright, and layered.
