Balanced and silky, the 2024 Pinot Gris shows aromas of lemon, toasted vanilla, honey, baker’s yeast, baked apple, lemongrass and hints of ginger and apricot. The mouthfeel round with flavors of baked pear and apple, lemongrass, apricot, and hints of minerality in the finish. Special care was taken to build structure and dimension across the mid-palate through careful lees aging and a blended yeast fermentation protocol. 2024 was an outstanding year and this Pinot Gris came in with wonderful chemistry that had us excited from the start.
