    Tasting notes

    The nose shows subtle hints of baking spice, crushed red raspberries, and baked cherries. This wine is jammy with flavors of raspberry, cherry, and blackberries. It has a nice round mouthfeel with good supporting acidity, and a dusty finish.

    This wine will pair well with pork rib barbecue, Crow Beef Brisket, dry aged cheeses, and gumbo. It is a very versatile wine that is at home with both sweet dishes, as well as spicy dishes.
