Our 2021 Cabernet Franc is 100% Cab Franc from Crow Vineyard. 2021 was a very good year and this wine reflects that. It has aromas of raspberry, blueberries plum, with hints of vanilla. The wine is round and rich with flavors of red plum, blueberry, licorice, and raspberry preserves. It has a long finish with firm tannins, powdered cocoa, French Oak, and hints of mint. This wine can easily be aged 3-5 years.
