Vines to Wine Farm to Table Summer Dinner

Join us for our 2021 Vines to Wine Farm to Table Summer Dinner! Start with a welcome Sparkling and appetizers, tour the vineyard with Brandon Hoy, our Vineyard Manager, to see our 2021 vine growth, and head over to our garden to do a tasting with Ten Eyck Brewing Company. You will then be seated on our patio for a 4-course, wine-paired meal crafted by celebrity Chef Robbie Jester and enjoy newly released Crow wines.
1st: Maryland Crab Dip Deviled Eggs
2nd: Smoked Rockfish and Greens with Quick Pickled Farm Fresh Vegetables, Dijon Old Bay Vinaigrette
3rd: Cherry Wood Grilled Crow Red Wine Tenderloin, Warm Garlic Dill Potato Salad, Roasted Carrot Purée, Truffle Mushroom Jus, Herb Salad
4th: Vanilla Rose Macerated Berries, Angel Food Cake Crumble, Dark Chocolate Crisps, and Chantilly Cream
