Reserve White Blend 2013

Tasting Notes

A blend of 89% Chardonnay and 11% Sauvignon Blanc. White gold in color and suggests vibrant aromas of key limes, ripe white peach, honeydew, and a hint of fresh cream. Suggested on the palate are flavors of papaya, buttered toast, and a touch of citrus. This wine has balanced acidity which makes it very versatile and incredibly food friendly.

Pairs Well With

Crow Farm chip steak in stir fry with red sauce or curry and winter veggies, beef burgundy with Crow Farm beef, Eve’s Cheese Chesapeake Colby or Chapel’s Country Creamery Old Bay Cheddar, briny oysters on the half shell or oysters Rockefeller, grilled white fish, turkey, lobster, or veal – this is a great meal with friends wine!
