Vintner’s Select Red Blend 2013
The Vintner’s Select Red Blend is comprised of 58% Merlot and 42% Cabernet Franc. This wine has aromas suggesting blackberries, toasted almonds, cinnamon, leather, and toffee. It has a soft mouthfeel with flavors suggesting vanilla and raspberries and is perfect with almost any meal.
Pairs Well With
Crow Farm tri-tip steak or roast, carne asada, Chapel’s Country Creamery Amber 16 Cheddar or Eve’s Cheese Smoked Cheddar along with assorted spicy charcuterie, homemade pasta with lamb ragu, spicy chicken sausage with lentils, also plays well with assorted game dishes.
