Our Quality wine-making in part stems from the teamwork between our on-site Vineyard Manager and Wine Maker

We produce “New World” style wines from grapes in our vineyard that are grown on rich mid-Delmarva soils from our 3rd generation farm. Our approach highlights the exceptional fruit grown on our property. Great care is taken during the growing, harvesting, vinification and aging to showcase what our terroir (French term referring to the geography, geology, climate and personal intervention that makes our farm special) can produce.

Our Vineyard operation also includes a state-of-the art winery facility where we tank, barrel store, crush and bottle with our own equipment. We crush and bottle our grapes and offer this service to other regional winemakers.

Crow Vineyard's Vineyard Manager, Brandon Hoy practices a holistic approach to vineyard management using environmental practices and practicing a philosophy that you must be in the vineyard— working closely with the vines, developing a relationship with them—to grow quality fruit. Our on-site wine maker, Michael Zollo works closely with Brandon to prepare the best grapes for established wine making criteria.

The wine critic Roger Morris highlighted Crow Farm & Vineyard as a sterling example of the sort of quality wines being produced on the Eastern Shore. Esteemed critic of all things wine, Mr. Morris has published articles in including Wine Enthusiast, Beverage Media, Sommelier Journal, Intermezzo, and Sommelier News among others.
