Tasting Notes

This brilliant coral wine is fresh and crisp with aromas suggesting fresh peach and strawberries, fresh grass, and honeysuckle.  It has well-balanced flavors and mouthfeel with nice minerality and fruit derived flavors and a pleasant finish.

Pairs Well With

Crow Farm chip steak in an Asian inspired stir fry, Chapel cheddar and fresh fruits like pears, pomegranate, or blackberries, summer salads, blue crab, bay oysters, Crow garden herbs in marinara with chicken and lobster over fresh pasta.
