Crow Chardonnay

Chardonnay Unoaked 2014

Tasting Notes

Our 2014 Unoaked Chardonnay is fermented and aged only in stainless steel. It has aromas that suggest apple pie, bartlett pear, honey, and cream. On the palate, this wine has expressive acidity with flavors that suggest orange marmalade, custard, and lychee.

Pairs Well With

MD Blue crab cakes, dishes prepared with leeks, Camembert or brie family cheeses, eggs benedict, rare Crow Farm filet mignon, caesar salad, risotto, and grilled asparagus.
