Our 2013 Chardonnay has aromas suggesting cinnamon, persimmon, almond paste, and toasted marshmallow. It has pleasant acidity accompanied by a rounded, fruit driven mouthfeel with flavors suggesting peaches, vanilla, and dried pineapple.

Blue crab cakes, shrimp in garlic butter sauce, chicken/pork with pasta and white sauce, mild curry with butter sauces, hazelnuts, Crow Farm flank steak—slow cooked, pumpkin ravioli, late summer roasted vegetables.
