Tasting Notes

Our 2016 Barbera Rosé is packed with aromas suggesting fresh strawberry, river stones, lychee, and mango.  This wine has bright and delicious flavors suggesting mandarin orange and peach with a very pleasant, lingering finish.

Pairs Well With

Margherita pizza, steamed Maryland blue crab, Eve’s Cheese Chesapeake Colby, barbequed chicken thighs, mushroom quiche, pan-seared scallops
